WENDY DENISSEN

Dutch illustrator Wendy Denissen lives and works in Amsterdam. She has a degree in illustration and has more than 10 years of experience as a designer. Wendy works freelance for different magazines, book publishers and design agencies, but also creates birth cards and people portraits.

Wendy loves the dynamics of the city life and they inspire her every day. In her illustrations she combines bold colours with graphic shapes. Wendy considers her work as lighthearted and mostly a tribute to women and animals and all other beings that deserve equal rights and circumstances.
