Working UK-wide, they deliver national and local services, in a person-centred, needs-led and compassionate way.

We chose to illustrate the phrase 'We Rise' as we felt it encompasses the project theme of Hope & Connection. It describes a feeling of togetherness & support as we push through the pandemic.
