THE DIVERGENT REALITY - 'After The Storm'  Tee

This Divergent Reality imagines a space-time exploring a planet similar to our own. The planet's name is Nibiru. It has witnessed its seventh mass extinction due to a superior species finding their own advancement in the destruction of their environment. Millions of years after this event, biodiversity on Nibiru has been restored and nature has regained its authority in the form of a strange new world. New forms of life thrive alongside resilient locals, growing amongst the remnants of an ancient civilisation. The planet is visited by an intelligent being known as the Scientists. Surveying the planets they encounter, they document their findings through gentle observation. 

These works reflect the ongoing climate crisis in which our planet is currently facing. The longterm impact we as a species are having on our environment will change the course of our existence. Through the lens of science fiction I hope to encourage conversation regarding climate change, environmental degradation and the importance of the arts in creating a tangible space for discussion within important global issues.
