Pride 2021 -------- My design represents the vital support system that Switchboard provides. The three characters march forward hand-in-hand, emblematic of how Switchboard’s volunteers are always there to guide and stand-up for a diverse queer community. These characters belong to Nature, as queerness is a natural state and not something to be subjugated by societal convention or expectation. Above all, I wanted the design to be fun; something that makes you smile and reminds you to take pride in being yourself. -------- I am a queer London-based illustrator. Much of my work addresses LGBTQ+ themes in a playful way; I like everything I do to have a sense of humour. Alongside my work in print media I have released my own t-shirt and bandana designs.
