Cop26 acts as a catalyst for action in regard to the protection of the planet and commitment to limiting global warming to 2o with an aim of 1.5 o as outlined in the Paris agreement 2016.
"The problem is so big, and I'm so small"
The enormity of the statistics are daunting and can feel somewhat out of reach from us as everyday people, therefore I wanted to use my design to encourage people to do their part and recognise the power in their autonomy and presence of mind.
The visual themes I played with in the development of my design were all surrounding the relationship between an individual and nature, I wanted to express how small actions can have big impacts, and how simply making more considered decisions can make a difference to our planet.
