In a world where we struggle to be in the present, forever dwelling in the past of fretting about the future, this uplifting design by Chiara Celini encapsulates the hope we can endure when we focus on the now.
This design was created to raise awareness around Eating Disorders. An illness that looks different on many and has various health consequences, yet is often overlooked. Like most mental health related illnesses they can leave us feeling alone and normality being out of reach.
This illustration is a reminder, that wherever you are in your life, when we take it one day at a time, practice presence and truly immerse ourselves in the moment, there are always glimmers of light and love.
