Air pollution kills 64,000 people in the UK every year, yet the UK Government continues to subsidise the production of fossil fuels, at home and abroad. We need to account for the true costs of fossil fuel pollution, and put an end to a system which prioritises profit over the planet.
The Zero Carbon campaign is calling for the UK Government to put a proper price on pollution, that spreads the costs of decarbonisation more fairly across our society.
