It's OK have teamed up with the phenomenal Cally Conway (@CallyConwayPrints) to bring you this limited edition tee of the specially made print, Cereus.
"The print is named after a desert plant, a cactus that only flowers at night, the symbolism being one of hope through the darkness. Ferns are the planet's oldest plant life and again, the symbolism is one of enduring through it all, and comfort, being wrapped around the hand. The hand is a symbol of humanity, and one of the earliest depictions of humanity in cave paintings. Comets have been heralded as bringers of hope in many ancient cultures. So altogether I like to see the print as a symbol of strength, and hope."
It's OK is a brand new charity created to support young people living with moderate to severe mental illness in the UK. We are intersectional, we are led by lived-experience and we are going to create a world where it's OK to have a mental illness.
