This is the third run of the Get out of your minds and into your Hands t-shirt and sweatshirt. So far we have raised over £600 for charities since lockdown. 10% of the profit from this run will go to the The Beirut Emergency Appeal.
Playing with clay is good for your brain ( self-expression through making can lower the stress hormone cortisol), it helps you relax, and is just plain fun.
Dohm Ceramics is a studio in Nottingham, where artist/designer Blue Firth makes functional and sculptural ceramics. Clay Coven, is a clay class held at Dohm Ceramics. In the class we meditate and make with clay, talk about the elements and discuss the Moon. More info at dohmshop.com.
