You see a feather on the floor in front of you. As you inhale, you imagine the feather rising off the floor, hovering as you pause, and descending as you exhale. It may be difficult at first to stay with the visualisation, but with time and practice, you’ll be able to hold the feather for longer periods and even imagining the feather rotating as it rises and falls."

Hsiao-Ron Cheng (鄭曉嶸) is a 1986-born Taiwanese digital artist/illustrator. She started to working as a freelance illustrator in 2012 and soon got a lot of international attention. In the same year, her work was shortlisted for the Young Illustrator Award.
Hsiao-Ron's clients range from fashion brand to design agencies worldwide.
Other experiences include a digital painting of 8ft mural for coffee shop interior design.
