Every little goes a long way. Mental Health is a growing problem for many young people in the UK.
Young Minds is is a charity who help young people get the support they need and deserve. They also support the parents of the children or young people who may be struggling.
I am raising money to help charity’s support the young people who are unfortunately suffering, I aim by raising money they are able to help more people. As someone who has struggled and still is struggling massively with my mental health I know how important it is to have support around you to help you get through. So let’s help the young people get the help and support they need.
I wrote this quote and I hope people can hang onto the light that things will get better “Sometimes the waves will be so big they look impossible to ride, they feel like they will cave over you and drown you. But every wave is worth riding. It doesn’t matter how many times you fall, you can always get back up again. It doesn’t matter how many tries it takes or how long it takes just keep riding the waves and never let it defeat you. The sea will be calm again.
