So what is be the dude social club? It all started with my son. He is a sensitive soul and he would get easily upset if somebody was nasty or mean spirited at school or out and about. He would ask my advice about what to do and how to deal with it. I would always say, " Ignore it, don't let it bother you. Stay positive. Don't let them upset you or bring you down. Don't react, they are not worth it. Make sure you treat people with respect and be kind no matter what and good things will happen. Be the dude in life". Slowly but surely his confidence started to lift and negative situations stopped affecting him. But then I realised I wasn't following my own advice. I would let negative people and situations bring me down until my son started saying to me "come on Dad, be the dude in life, ignore them, be happy, be positive" so it became our little saying and catchphrase. It's our little reminder to choose being happy and positive and being kind to people over being down and negative. Then my son came up with the idea of spreading our lifestyle choice through designing and wearing our own tshirts and here we are. He designed the logo and we were lucky enough to stumble on weareprintsocial. So come on, spread the word - Be nice, be kind, be humble - Be the Dude in life
